Make sure you have an NAE Active Directory account set up before accessing the CMS. If not, please contact your local IT support and request you are added to your relevant security group.

Frequently asked questions

I have an account but I still can't get access to the CMS.: Please check you have been added to the right security group with NAEIT and then email our Support Portal with your Username and school name so we can investigate further.

I have requested access to the CMS but I can still not login.: Your request has been sent to the site owner of the school website but they have not approved your access. Please request access again or chase the senior person in your MAC team to approve your access.

I need access to multiple websites: Please request access to each school by logging into each website and following the request access instructions. The site owner of each site will then have to approve your request.

Username or password invalid message displayed: Please check your details are correct. A password renewal process is in place so please ensure you are using the latest details.
